Since 1999 Mapleton Contracting Ltd. has been supplying aggregates, topsoil, mulch, compost, bedding sand and much more to local areas such as Mapleton, Minto, Central Wellington and Perth. Mapleton Contracting Ltd. also provides dump truck, screener, loader, skid steer and knuckle loader services.

Mapleton Contracting Ltd. Green Initiative: We want to do our part in protecting the environment, here are a few of our many efforts...

● We use MBE 4000 (most fuel efficient diesel engines available)

● Pups reduce number of trips necessary as payloads are increased

● We use bio-diesel to fuel our equipment as well as ethanol blended gasoline

● Exhaust burners on some of our units further reduce emissions

● Rehabilitate topsoil from jobsites

● Create compost (form leaves, lawn clippings etc.)

● We use recyclable packaging for our products (tote bags, salt boxes)

● 2-way radios and cell phones provide immediate communications and dispatch

● Our diverse operations often allow us to carry back-haul loads again reducing fuel, time and trips
